... but for those yet to discover its greatness, join us for kayaking at Deer Lake Park. This trip is suitable for beginners so come out, paddle around and have some fun.

Cost: $6 per person and includes 1.5hr boat rental, lifejackets, paddles.
Recommended gear: sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, change of clothes & shoes

Location

The rental shop is at 5435 Sperling Avenue and is accessible by car or transit. Bus #144 from Metrotown takes you there – just get off at the Burnaby Village Museum (approx 15min from Metrotown).
