Jason Braich

Hey ladies and gentlemen, my name is Jason Braich. I am a third year business student at SFU, concentrating in marketing and finance. I am the Director of Communications for BLaH. In my spare time I like to workout (surprise!) and play sports. I am a big fan of virtually all sports, especially hockey. If you see me aimlessly roaming the halls of West Mall or in the Gym, give me a shout and I’m always down to hang out. The reason I joined BLaH in 2010 was because I wanted to be a part of a unique club that allowed business students to have fun in school by playing sports, having fun, and staying healthy. Being apart of BLaH has given me a countless amount of friendships, fun times, and burnt calories. Remember kids, you can’t GTL without the G, and tanned people with nice clothes just look ridiculous.

Favourite Health Tips/Facts

1. Workout with a friend and push each other to reach your goals, remember working out requires work.
2. Update your ipod with songs you like to listen to while working out.
3. Try to eat fruits and veggies during lecture breaks, its a good snack to munch on.
