1. Election Results

• Yushadha Bogoda remains President of BLaH
• Hao Lin and Janson Cheung remain co-Directors of Development of BLaH
• Will Trudeau has been elected as Vice-President of BLaH
• Joanne Chen has been elected as Director of Communications of BLaH
• Keith Arnold has been elected as Director of Finance of BLaH and has been granted signing authority
• Amanda Lee has been elected as Director of Member Relations of BLaH
• Kevin Ngai has been elected as Director of Technology of BLaH
• Lara Mahaffey has been re-elected as Director of Administration and has been re-granted signing authority
• Andrew Kumar is no longer president of BLaH and therefore does not continue to have signing authority
