happening at the end of the September
$112.5/hour for the gym (two gyms)
food will be going through the grant (about $500)
we already have funding from ESS and MSU maybe math department? economics department?
will be expecting attendance of at least 70 students and 10 professors and 10 T.A.s then volunteers and execs
Professors' attendance for the Sports Night
- approach them at office hours
- find out office hours through advisors

email was sent out last night
responsibilities of pm are for logistics, representing the projecting going to the meetings and secure funding from MSU, economics department, ESS~project is already set and done, do we need the project manager?
two outcomes June wants from having a pm: getting it done and fun for first years, and have someone to sign up for exec next year
email was sent out so should we close the project? if there is someone to apply then train them
the potential ideas will be put on hold until project manager is found
class room presentation, make a video to show in front of the classroom

the day itself friday afternoon is a pretty good time pick two dates (most of the froshees are attending the econ 103/105, math 157)

post-finals end of summer celebration? August 18th date has been suspended for now

starting in two weeks
we booked the gym already through golf club, gym or outside is better?
we are facilitating as there is promo within the registration starting next week (emails and phone calls) getting interest of registered people of the golf tournament so they can get ready beginners to be ready for golf tournament

appropriate for vp or p to outline the PMs jobs and responsibilities and give the contacts of all the other people in the exec team

recycling is taken over by a part of sfss
general talking to facilities management, help them market the idea of recycling, a non-profit thing for BLaH
talk to facilities management can we put posters to advise people to print double sided
use recycled things to make poster
use bottles to make sculpture

not about making huge changes make small changes to create a change as a whole
lifestyle changes needed by drastic changes is hard, smaller changes is easier to fulfill the mandate
thinking about sustainability when buying things
contact green companies for sponsorship, contribute monetary/items/speaker series/ideas
establishing sustainable contacts
