Keynote Speaker

Cathy Ace

Cathy moved from London, UK (where she owned and operated Europe’s largest post-graduate marketing college) to Vancouver in 2000 where she continues her career in marketing: she writes, lectures, trains, speaks and consults on a wide range of topics, mostly associated with marketing and marketing communications. Her 9 textbooks, thousands of delegates and students globally bear witness to her ability to communicate with different types of people at many different levels.

Cathy was honoured to receive the Freedom of the City of London in 2000 and to become only the 11th female Liveryman, and the only one under 40, invited into the prestigious Worshipful Company of Marketors. This followed on the heels of her being created a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and the CAM Foundation, all in recognition of her work within marketing training and education worldwide. She now lives in Mission with her husband and 3 Labradors. Cathy is also an award winning murder-mystery author, with her works having been broadcast on the BBC.
