Executives meet on a regular basis to discuss event planning and projects. The best way to get involved is to attend one of our weekly meetings!

WEEKLY GENERAL MEETINGS

General meetings for Spring 2010 are held:
Thursdays @ 5:30-6:30 P.M. in WMC 2363

Event recaps, team building activities, overview on current projects, general getting to know other execs and board members.

Marketers' Night 2009 committee

Inter-Collegiate Marketing Competition 2009 committee
Meetings for Inter-Collegiate Marketing Competition this year are over.

Marketing in Focus 2009 committee
Meetings for MIF this year are now over.

Promotions committee
Mondays @ 3:30pm in MBC 2290 or 2294.
(Small workshops held bi-weekly at 4:30pm)

Website committee
Wednesdays @ 2:30pm at alternating campuses starting with Burnaby in WMX 2363 on January 20th, following with SFU Surrey in Rm 5335.

Corporate Relations committee
Tuesdays @ 3:30pm in WMC 2363 on the 2nd floor.

Social & Fundraising committee
Wednesdays @ 4:30pm in WMC Business Lounge on the 2nd floor

Public Relations committee
Mondays @ 12:30pm in the Biz Lounge.

Unless otherwise stated, all meetings generally last about 1 hour
